The notice says "ಯಾವುದೇ ಲಿಖಿತ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ" (No written test). This means:

• The initial shortlisting for the coaching seats will be based only on your graduation marks.

• However, physical measurement tests (PMT) and physical efficiency tests (PET) (like running, long jump) will almost certainly be conducted to verify your fitness after the shortlisting, before final selection for the coaching program.
